Cancellation Policy

Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your West Liners purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll cover the return shipping costs. Returns are processed once the item arrives at our warehouse, and refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Condition of Return

To ensure a smooth return process, please ensure the product is unused and in its original condition. Check for any signs of wear, dirt, or alterations, and keep the original packaging, tags, and accessories for safe return.

Warranty

West Liners offers a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the vehicle for which the mats were purchased. The warranty excludes damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper cleaning methods, chemical contamination (such as gas or bleach), accidents, vehicle modifications, or incorrect installation.

If a replacement mat is not available, we will offer store credit. To initiate a warranty claim, please complete our Warranty Request form, and a representative will contact you.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and issue a refund, using the original method of payment.

West Liners LLC warrants that our products will be free from defects in manufacturing, materials, and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser and only for the original vehicle they were installed in. This warranty does not cover wear and tear due to normal usage, aging, or extreme conditions. Exclusions include, but are not limited to, damage caused by chemical contamination (such as gasoline or bleach), vehicle accidents, misuse, abuse, modifications, improper installation, or incorrect use.

We stand behind the quality of our products. Depending on the situation, we may send a replacement mat to you at no cost or for a prorated amount. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a store credit instead.
